Apple recently announced their latest addition to the iPad family namely the iPad Air 3. The rumors are looming that the iPad Air 3 will be released in October 2016, as the iPad Air 2 was released to journalists in October 2014 and the iPad Air 1 was announced in October 2013.
The expectation is for the iPad Air 3 to be released in countries such as the UK in late September 2016. Many were expecting the iPad Air 3 to be released with the iPhone 6 in September; however Apple launched their iPad Pro at that time instead.
According to IT Pro, Apple is yet to confirm whether it will be adding to its iPad Air collection in the future.
The iPad Air 3 may have as many features as the iPad Pro that has already been launched. Features include elements such as a small smart keyboard, 2K resolution, amazing 3D display, 13MP rear camera and A9X processor according to iPad Air 3 Update.
A report released from Game and Guide also showed that the tablet might have four speakers for enhanced sound capability, seeing as so many users take their iPads wherever they go and use them on a daily basis.
Information from Christian Today mentioned that the iPad 3 Air would contain the support for the iPad Pencil. The tablet is also expected to be dustproof and waterproof. Linked to the iPhone 6, the iPad Air 3 may also be armored with a 7000 series aluminum making the tablet durable.
The expected price of the iPad Air 3, although not confirmed, may be approximately $399, which was the launch price of the iPad Air 2 when it was released.
Further updates regarding the release of Apple's new device as well as the official specifications are yet to be exposed to the public.
