'Pitch Perfect 3' Cancelled? Elizabeth Banks, Anna Kendrick, And Rebel Wilson To Blame?
Eve Cesista"Pitch Perfect 3" might experience some delay on its release date because Elizabeth Banks left the production. The filming is currently underway until the sudden turn of event happened. According to the latest buzz, Banks, Anna Kendrick, and Rebel Wilson are to blame for the postponement.
Movie News Guide reported that the movie was rescheduled to a December 2017 release instead of July 2014 premiere. Banks stepped out of the director's chair but has reportedly been replaced and announcement about it might be out soon.
According to the website, the female director is experiencing a conflict of schedule and cannot compromise her duties as a parent and decided to give up the film but others are not convinced. They speculated that it is because of the beef between her and Kendrick.
The outlet cited Radar Online reporting about the feud about their indifferences on set but Gossip Cop, being vigilant about tabloid reports, debunked the issue quickly. The ladies also reportedly slammed the rumors.
"Rebel pretends to be this really laid back funny girl but in real life she is not at all like that," a source told Radar Online. "She can be really mean. And she was mean to Anna too."
But the issue did not stop there because another rumor suggested that Banks got fed up with Kendrick and Wilson's bad attitude towards each other. The sources mentioned that the Australian actress and the rest of the casts are not going along pretty well.
Despite the bad news, Variety confirms that Banks will still be one of the producers and will still reprise her role as Gail. The producers also include Paul Brooks and Scott Niemyer of Gold Circle Films.
The involved celebrities are yet to give their full statement about this rumor, but readers might want to know the real cause of Bank's departure and the reason behind the 5-month delay of "Pitch Perfect 3."
