Grandmaster sets can only be made by Grandmaster smith Lafargue, located in Beauclair. Also, the sets are only wearable by Geralt at level 40. All sets are made up of four armor pieces and 2 swords.

Here's a guide on where to get the diagrams for all the Grandmaster Set pieces in "The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine."

Grandmaster Manticore Witcher Set

Set Bonuses:

3 pieces: Critical chance and damage bonus buffs to bombs

Full set: Any alchemy items are given one additional charge

Manticore Steel Sword: Go to Bastoy Prison Ruins on Gorgon Foothills. Climb to the tower on top of the hill with partial wodden beams jutting upward. Check the wodden balcony to find the diagram.

Manticore Silver Sword: Go to the cave named Murky Delve in the Seidhe Llygad (travel along the shore south of the Palace Gardens). Follow the left path until you reach a narrow one past the crates. Use Aard to destroy the cavern wall to find the hidden chapel which contains several red boxes.

Manticore Armor: Head southeast from Gelenser Farm and look for the cave where Lebioda once stayed. Check the notes on the final chamber of the underground.

Manticore Trousers and Manticore Boots: Check the Abandoned Temple to Lebioda in Sansretour Valley, north of Lebioda's Statue. Use Aard on the cracked doorway, then use Witcher senses to find a red box, which contains two diagrams.

Manticore Gauntlets: Dive into the water at Lake of Cleansing and use Witcher sense. You will then find a red box at the bottom of the lake.

Grandmaster Ursine Witcher Set

Set Bonuses:

3 Pieces: 5% chance to re-cast a burst Quen sign instantly, +5% per equipped Ursine set

Full Set: 3x damage boost to Quen sign abilities

Ursine Silver Sword, Armor & Boots : Go to the orange house in the center of Flovive Village. Behind the house is a blocked cave entrance. Use Aard to remove the rubble to take the three Ursine diagrams from the chest.

Ursine Trousers, Steel Sword and Gauntlets: Between Cockatrice Inn and Flovive, there is a small inlet that leads to several cave entrances. Go inside the cave with water flowing down inside. Stay on the right side until you drop off a ledge. Go left from here to find this diagram.

Grandmaster Feline Witcher Set

Set Bonuses:

3 Pieces: After a Heavy Attack, all Light Attacks gain +5% sword damage (+5% per equipped Feline set) for 5 seconds.

Full Set: Back-attacks do +25% damage and stun.

Feline Armor: Go to Bartolome de Launay's old house located on the far north, near the eastern edge of the swampy region. Climb the scaffolds at the back-right side and kill the bandits inside. Enter the house with the blue tower and check the hanging painting for the armor.

Feline Trousers and Boots: After getting the Feline Armor, go head to Hanse Base Bandit fortress. Go to the center and walk on the path with the burning pyre to reach the chest.

Feline Steel Sword, Silver Sword and Gauntlets: Go south from Hanse Base to the Pits of Brume. Find the chamber with light streaming from a crack in the ceiling and use Witcher sense to find the final chest.

Grandmaster Griffin Witcher Set

Set Bonuses:

3 Pieces: Casting the Yrden sign allows you to recast any sign free for the next three seconds.

Full Set: +40% size of Yrden, and Yrden gains more powerful stamina regeneration, sign intensity, and damage reduction buffs.

Griffin Steel Sword, Gauntlets and Boots: Go to the ruins of Fort Hassar and search the crates under the steps behind the tower.

Griffin Trousers, Silver Sword and Armor: Go to the Hanse Base bandit camp between Fort Hassar and Basane Farm to the northwest. Clear the castle to reveal a hidden wall. Use Witcher sense in the store room to find a secret door switch.

Collect the power crystal to the left of the secret door, return to the hidden chamber and use Aard to activate a portal. Defeat the golem inside the portal and you'll get the diagrams after checking the round table, the shelves near the oven and the desk at the far end of the cavern.

Grandmaster Wolven Witcher Set

Set Bonuses:

3 Pieces: Geralt can apply a maximum of 3 oils to a single sword

Full Set: Bombs are thrown instantly

Wolven Armor, Trousers and Boots: Go to the caves north of Termes Palace ruins. Take the purple ruby to the right of the ruins entrance and use it on the container near the forcefield to reveal the entrance.

Destroy the cracked wall down the long hallway with the guard dog. Hug the right wall and climb the rocks to reach another cracked wall. Deal with this and go to the next room, then left. Clear this area and look in the satchel in the center.

Wolven Steel Sword, Silver Sword and Gauntlets: After getting the first three diagrams, turn right. Examine the skeleton to complete the set.
