Jamie Dornan's wife, Amelia Warner, reportedly does not wish to see the steamy sex scenes between his husband and Dakota Johnson in "Fifty Shades Darker." In the upcoming erotic romantic film, Dornan and Johnson reprise their role as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, respectively.

In a recent interview with The Times, as cited by Inquisitr, the 34-year-old actor revealed that his wife has not seen the first installment of the "Fifty Shades" film series and has no plans to see the remaining two as well.

"Why would she? Why would you do that to yourself?" Dornan told The Times. He added that, as a father, even he finds it hard to describe his profession to his two children.

Dornan stressed, "I've been thinking about how to explain what Daddy does for a living and how absurd and ridiculous it is."

Apart from Warner, Dornan admitted that he does not want his close friends to ever see him portraying the role of a billionaire, Christian Grey, who enjoys BDSM.

"I am just thinking about some of my mates here and I would never want to go to see them in that movie," Dornan told Ryan Tubridy on the Late Late Show, as quoted by The Independent. "It would be no different. Why would they want to see me like that? None of them have seen it. I think a couple came to the premiere in London, actually, but with wives and girlfriends."

"The 9th Life of Louis Drax" actor also addressed the unending dating rumors swirling around him and Dakota. He stated that there is nothing going on between them and stressed that they are just close friends.

"Dakota and I know each other very well now," said Dornan. "We're great friends because we can laugh at the absurdity of [the sex scenes]."

"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated for release on Feb. 10, 2017.
