Ubisoft has two titles coming up in November, the hacking game "Watch Dogs 2" and the remastered bundle "Assassin's Creed: Ezio Collection." Interestingly, the publisher has scheduled their release dates on the same day.

The publisher famously announced earlier this year that they will be "stepping back and re-examining the 'Assassin's Creed' franchise", and have decided that no mainline "Assassin's Creed" titles will be released this year.

In the absence of its most popular franchise, the French publisher has shifted its focus on the much awaited sequel to 2014's "Watch Dogs" this year, with "Watch Dogs 2" headlining its lineup at the Electronic Entertainment Expo.

It looks like Ubisoft still can't last a whole year without releasing anything "Assassin's Creed" related. Now the company has revealed that it will release "Assassin's Creed: Ezio Collection," a remastered version of three of its "Assassin's Creed" titles featuring the charming Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

This isn't the only surprising thing, however. For some reason, Ubisoft decided to release "Assassin's Creed: Ezio Collection" on the same day as "Watch Dogs 2."

This was not the first time Ubisoft released two of its games on the same day. In 2011, the company released its platformer game "Rayman Origins" on Nov. 15, which is also the same day as "Assassin's Creed Revelations."

The plaformer was critically acclaimed by numerous game publications, bagging Gamespot's "Best Platformer" award on that same year. However, despite getting positive reviews from critics and fans, it has only sold a measly 50,000 copies during its first month, according to Eurogamer.

"Rayman Origin"'s sales flop is blamed on Ubisoft's decision to release the game on the same day as "Revelations," and on the same month as Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword" and Bethesda's "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim."

Will the same move affect either "Watch Dogs 2" or "Assassin's Creed: Ezio Collection" at launch? We will find out on Nov. 15.
