'Pokémon GO' Guide: Spawn Rate Increaser Trick Without Any Cheating

C. de Lacy

Playing "Pokémon GO" has never been harder due to the updates, but fortunately, there are still some handy tricks that can make things a bit easier. One particular trick, which happens to be one of the most important too, is by increasing the spawn rate.

In this trick, users are advised "originally" to create multiple accounts. As per Otaku Art's guide, creating multiple accounts on a single device may not have its effects show immediately, but it could also be deemed by Niantic as a suspicious activity, flagging the device and the accounts bannable.

The theory originates from the fact that the lesser people play "Pokémon GO" in a particular area, the lesser the spawn rate goes.

This is especially handy for places that rarely spawns pokémon as it will significantly increase the spawn rate. However, it is advised that in creating multiple accounts, multiple devices are also involved. It could either be from friends or family members.

If the number of accounts created through this method doesn't appear to be enough, another useful trick can be done. This is by creating accounts via Android emulators.

At this moment, there's a good number of working Android emulators for both the PC and Mac. For one, here's 8 from Android Authority. One of the best Android emulator around at this point are BlueStacks and Nox.

The process is still the same with the emulators and all the players need to do is create the account and not do anything fancy like fake the GPS, use bots or other cheating stuff.

Creating multiple accounts increases the number of pokémon spawns every hour and making roughly 10 accounts in a single area would practically nab any player hanging around with 8 - 11 easy catches. This also covers random rares and unique ones with bit of help from items like incense.
