'Pokemon Sun And Moon' Tips And Tricks: How To Effortlessly Catch Shiny Pokemon In Poke Pelago [VIDEO]
Vinay PatelPokemon Sun and Moon players are leaving no stone unturned in their bid to capture shiny Pokemon --- basically, Palette-swapped Pokemon that are extremely rare to find. No prizes for guessing, catching one of these coveted creatures is no child's play.
Thankfully, the web is brimming with Pokemon Sun and Moon tips and tricks to catch these ultra-rare Pokemon without using the usual breeding methods. Aside from SOS battle, Gen VII has introduced another method for capturing shiny Pokemon that does not require players to break a sweat.
How To Get Your Shiny Pokemon In Isle Abeens
Pokemon Sun and Moon's Poke Pelago is an effective way of acquiring shiny Pokemon.
Poke Pelago encompasses a tiny group of islands that unlocks as soon as you complete the Kiawe's trial. The first island available to Pokemon Sun and Moon players is the Isle Abeens, where they can get Poke Beans and hopefully, their new shiny Pokemon, iTechPost reported.
First off, you need to quickly upgrade your island to Rank 3 by accumulating 30 Pokemon in your PC Box and 90 plain Poke Beans. As you level up the island in Pokemon Sun and Moon, the supply of Poke Beans increases and more Pokemon are also likely to visit you.
As a result, your chances of encountering shiny Pokemon are boosted. Bearing in mind that Poke Beans attract Pokemon, it is crucial that you put in as many beans (ideally 50) as you can to draw them to your island. Then, all you need to do is wait.
You must log out and log in once again to check if a shiny Pokemon has dropped by the island.
Pokemon are likely to visit even when there's a single Poke Bean in the island's cart, just near the tree. It's worth noting that many Pokemon Sun and Moon players have encountered shiny Pokemon by this method, although it may seem like an agonizingly long process, according to GameNGuide.
Pokemon Sun and Moon players should bear in mind that this does not warrant the Pokemon they find to join their party. There is still a possibility that the Pokemon will slip out after some time. However, it is likely to return sooner or later.
