PlayStation 4 gamers will be happy to know that a VR adaptation of the well-loved game “Fantastic Contraptions” will soon be released. A trailer was recently featured, exciting fans over the new version of the popular puzzle game.

A representative from the developer Radial Games teased fans about the virtual reality (VR) version of “Fantastic Contraptions.” The hit title is a puzzle and building game that allows fans to explore a floating island. The game has several interesting elements, bringing animals into the mix all while challenging players.

“The goal of each level is simple: Get your squishy pink blob to the goal off in the distance. Or across the gap. Or above you. Or behind that wall. Or around a corner and underneath the world," as stated by Stephen Grey from Radial Games, according to the PlayStation Blog. In addition, it was revealed that “Fantastic Contraption” will also be released on HTC Vive.

In the game, players are to run, climb and construct new material around the destinations with the use of Neko toolboxes, with the simple goal of putting a pink blob into a target. It has plenty of levels that will present intriguing obstacles around, making its upcoming VR gameplay something to look forward to.

As said on the official website, the original version of “Fantastic Contraptions” was released in 2008, which turned out to be a hit title during that time. With its success, many fans have been anticipating what lies ahead for the game series. Now that a VR option is going to be released, there will surely be a lot of hype regarding the returh of the well-loved game. However, fans will have to wait until Spring of 2017 in order to experience it.
