Shena GolosinoApple's CEO Tim Cook reveals some points and answers some questions in a posted meeting board of Apple and its employees. Desktops are a powerful tool in today's era that is why a continuous innovation of the device is an aspect Apple won't let go of.
Cook responds on a question whether Apple will still take hold of its desktops:
"If there's any doubt about that with our teams, let me be very clear: we have great desktops in our roadmap. Nobody should worry about that".
According to Gadget NDTV, Apple revealed its new Mac Pro model in October which is the highlight of the gadget's 25th anniversary. This supports the statement of Cook saying that, "...desktop is very strategic for us. It's unique compared to the notebook because you can pack a lot more performance in a desktop". He also emphasizes that the company would continuously focus on the betterment of their products' software and hardware to convey the greatness that only Apple can do.
