Nokia D1C Specs and Features; Android 7.0 Pre-Installed, Equipped With Zeiss Lens
Ralphy Bonn SimNokia's comeback to smartphone scenario was confirmed with HMD Global granting the Nokia brand for mobile devices. The Finnish company also declared that the first Nokia-branded Android smartphone will be put in public in the first half of 2017 and launching will arrive this coming MWC 2017.
Samsung and Apple may seem to be the most familiar competitors worth noting in the smartphone rivalry. Nokia Smartphone, named Nokia D1C has earned most interest and has been part of several leaks.
As one of the first quality mobile phone brands, Nokia put a name for itself in this particular market. Nokia phones gained popularity way before the birth of smartphones; Nokia phones were basic, sturdy and made to give a promenade communication wherever the user may be.
The Nokia DC1 device will reportedly come with Snapdragon 430, 3 GB RAM and Android 7.0 Nougat. Unlike the previous flagship devices, this phone is expected to be a budget phone priced under the range of $150.
Nokia D1C is predicted to launch in two versions; one will be a mid-range phone, another one is a high end flagship unit. Both will be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat. Nokia D1C is expected to be powered by a 1.4 Ghz octa-core processor equipped Qualcomm's MSM8937 Snapdragon 430 chipset and Adreno 505 GPU, paired with 3 GB RAM.
The Nokia D1C variants are said to be available in 13-megapixel and 16-megapixel rear camera modules. It is also said to be equipped with 5-inch and 5.5-inch full-HD display options.
Both Nokia D1C and Pixel are Finland-based Company which is also expected to showcase a high-end Android smartphone at the MWC 2017. One of the highlight features of the approaching high-end Nokia Android phone is said to be the Zeiss lens that will come with its camera.
The Nokia Android phone was made with waterproof capability alongside sporting a metal design. The two devices are also said to sport a front-facing fingerprint scanner on the high-end model.
