Reportedly, the series producer is looking to unveil relevant information about the console project come February. It is important to note that the month marks the seventh anniversary of the "God Eater" series.
That said, Tomizawa might be preparing something big for fans. As stated in his tweet, they will have several kinds of updates about the development of the console game project ahead. Luckily for fans, the anniversary is just a month away so the long wait for the details of the much-awaited project will finally end.
Meanwhile, Bandai Namco broke the news about the console game project at the Tokyo Game Show 2016. Since then, the game developer remained mum about its plans. Additionally, it was not revealed whether the new console game project will still be heading to PlayStation or will it expand to other platforms.
Now that the series producer already announced that more information about "God Eater" is arriving this year, fans are left to speculate on what it's all about. As previously pointed out by PlayStationLifeStyle.net, Tomizawa wore a shirt that shows the number three during TGS 2016, which apparently raised speculations that the project involves a third installment to the game.
