The new footage of "Mass Effect: Andromeda" was set to be shown during the Nvidia press conference at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017. However, screenshots of the much-awaited game were released prior to this conference and made rounds of the internet.

The screenshots first emerged on the website "The Game Insider" and revealed some gameplay and visual details about the game "Mass Effect: Andromeda". These glimpses showed a mixture of the gaming environment and settings and combating mechanisms. It is interesting to note that these screenshots depicted similar style to the gameplay video debuted earlier at the "Game Awards". This award ceremony took place in December 2016 itself.

To remind the fans and gamers, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is a part of a series of action fantasy role-playing games. The "Mass Effect" titles have enjoyed quite a bit of popularity and fan following in their previous releases. The screenshots are also depicting the game's HUD in the upper right screen in the gameplay. Accordingly, one can see the exact objectives they are going to face including the elimination of "Remnant Threat." A complete screenshot collection can be viewed at the Game Informer website.

The game developers, BioWare and Electronic Arts announced that the game will be released on March 21 in U.S. for the excited gamers. It will be released for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This is the same date that previous leaks had pointed to before- seems like the speculations were correct this time.
