'Pokemon Sun And Moon': Pokemon That Will Make An Apperance Yet Despite Confirmation [VIDEO]; Nidoking, Arcanine & More

A few Pokemon that were slated to make an appearance in "Pokemon Sun And Moon" are nowhere to be found as yet. Although some of these critters were originally on the list, they failed to come up to the required standard and didn't make the cut.

"Pokemon Sun And Moon" took the video gaming realm by storm when it was released in November last year. However, the hit role-playing video games from Game Freak have come under fire from the game's huge fan base for keeping some other Pokemon under wraps.

Notably, avid players of Niantic's mobile sensation, "Pokemon Go", met with a similar fate. Despite teasing their players with an array of new Pokemon, the game developers did not confirm a specific timeframe for their release date.

A few legendary and new Pokemon were added to the mix. However, some avid gamers, especially in the gaming community are bent on finding out why other Pokemon were never released despite confirmation. In line with this, some players on Reddit posted a thread comprising a list of all Pokemon that deserved to be activated but the hype eventually fizzled out.

Moreover, there are quite a few Alolan forms worth considering but until now, just a few of them have been spotted in the game, according to iTech Post. Here's a look at a couple of coveted Pokemon that deserved to make the cut, but didn't:

Nidoking

Being one of the most popular Pokemon, Nidoking needs no introduction. This is a dual-type Poison/Ground Pokémon that made its debut in Generation 1, according to Nidoking's description in Bulbapedia.

With Nidoking on their list, the players can be simply invincible. Built for a fierce showdown, Nidoking is considered as the forerunner of Incineroar.

Arcanine

Arcanine is a Fire-type Pokemon that first made an appearance in Generation 1. Not too long ago, multiple sources had confirmed that fans would receive water type Arcanine but much to their dismay, that didn't come to fruition. This legendary Pokemon evolves from Growlithe when it comes into contact with a Fire Stone.

Take a look at the video footage below to see more Pokemon that didn't make it to "Pokemon Sun And Moon.
