'Mobile Legends: Bang Bang" Beginners Guide: Gameplay Tips & Tricks For Layla, Alucard & Fanny
Ceage SottoAfter topping Google Play's charts, "Mobile Legends: Bang Bang" has already made its mark as a fun mobile alternative for today's popular MOBA games. Since its debut in 2016, the game already has more than 1.6 million users on both the Android and iOS platforms.
For beginners, the game can be a bit taxing and this post will help starters with simple game basics. First of all, "Mobile Legends: Bang Bang" is closely similar to "DOTA 2" and "League of Legends." Gamers who have already played these will generally have no problem moving forward.
The mechanics are simple, mobile users go head to head with on a 5 vs 5 format. Of course, you'll have to team up and find a way to beat your opponents and destroy their base. Player's will move around a map that has three lanes; each lane has a number of turrets. Now, we move to the game's preferable heroes for beginners and their corresponding items.
Layla
Layla is the first hero that players would start off when starting the game for the first time. You don't need to waste any points on her plus she is the default hero that is actually one of the easiest to use.
Use the default item recommended hero build for her. It gives her life steal, bonus damage, and added defense. Players might opt to use her to kite enemies. Kiting is attacking and casting a spell then moving back to frustrate your opponent. It is also called animation canceling. Mastering the trick may enable you to kill your enemies with greater accuracy. Layla's ultimate is best used when the enemy hero only has 1/8 of health remaining. Doing so will guarantee a kill.
Alucard
The next hero will be Alucard, who is best suited for close combat. He can sustain heavy damage and still put up a fight, he is used to initiate ganking and killing enemies off guard. Never engage two or more enemies without backup and his third skill "Fission Wave" effectively increases his life steal in a short period of time.
Fanny
The last hero would be Fanny. She's an assassin type hero that's good for close combat, but she does have low hp compared to Alucard. The best thing to do with the hero is to wait for tankers to do the damage and join in to finish off opponents that have low hp.
Doing an ambush is also an effective strategy for this hero. Wait in the bushes or in the wings to initiate the attacks on targets like Layla or other Marksman type characters. Learning the animation canceling skill is also a must for this hero.
