The rumors from the grapevine suggest that the iOS giant, Apple, has decided to pre-release its new iPhone-aka-iPhone 5, much earlier than the announced date. It seems that Apple cannot stand the hullabaloo surrounding the Galaxy S3 and, therefore, in a bid to curb S3's current market monopoly intends on pre-launching the much-awaited iPhone 5.
Per the rumors swirling online, the reports claim that the iPhone 5 is currently in the production stages and may get an official release date for September. Initially, the anticipated launch was slated for October. However, Apple is now trying to make it as early as possible. Various reports also suggest the debut of this sixth generation iOS smartphone may take place in August. Nothing is confirmed as of now.
The structure and design of iPhone 5 is also making a great deal of news. As far as the external appearance of the phone is concerned, new reports suggest that the iPhone 5 will flaunt an aluminum back plate with a mix of glass at the bottom and on top. What's more, the exciting surprises (they were supposed to be surprises) revolve around a larger display, a new processor, and an all-new camera sensor. In a departure from the Apple norm, the iOS 6-loaded gadget will come in different color avatars along with the usual black and white code that it currently exhibits.
People still have second thoughts about iPhone 5 since the iOS 6 is still not completely set for arrival since as it is still in Beta. Unless and until Apple brings out the fully-loaded version of its new operating system, only a few would want to indulge in this so-called, betting-cum-investing in the iPhone 5.
Like each Apple unveiling, a huge set of people are desperately waiting for the official launch of the next-gen iPhone and as usual, the rumor mills are abuzz. This time, Apple is rushing its launch as the Android powerhouses are dominating the current market. Therefore, it is only natural that Apple wants to make its presence felt much earlier.
With the speculations attaining a frenzied state, one can only hope that the iPhone 5 keeps up to its fans' expectations. In the meantime we can wait for the official arrival date to get confirmed. The launch date will likely get a final nod during Apple's quarterly earnings call later this month. Until then- keep on guessing!
