The All-New Dell XPS 15 (9560) With NVidia GTX 1050 Is Now Available; Shipment Starts Very Soon
Keisuke AkioDell launched a refreshed version of its renowned XPS 15 laptop at CES 2017. The new Dell XPS 15 (9560) with NVidia GTX 1050 is now available for purchase from Dell's official website, and customers can order one for themselves right now.
Dell has recently refreshed the XPS 15. The latest model, Dell XPS 15 (9560) with NVidia GTX 1050, now comprises 7-gen Intel Core processors with NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1050 GPU and 4GB of GDDR5 RAM. The model boasts of a virtually borderless display that takes full advantage of screen space by accommodating a 15.6-inch display. The device comes in two different variants: the Full HD display variant and a 4K display.
The Dell XPS 15 (9560) with NVidia GTX 1050 4K variant is equipped with a quad-core Intel Core i7 processor (7700HQ), GTX 1050, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM, and a touch display. On the other hand, the Full HD variant offers the same Kaby Lake Core i7 processor, GTX 1050, 512GB of storage but it does not take in a touch-display. Both of the variants come with a 97WHr battery, which promises to offer a decent battery life, says MS Power User.
Moreover, Dell XPS 15 (9560) with NVidia GTX 1050 now has an optional built-in fingerprint reader in the base to log into the OS. This utilizes the bio-authentication of Windows Hello. Dell XPS 15 (9560) with NVidia GTX 1050 ports has now-standard HDMI, USB 3.0 (x2) with PowerShare along with Headset Jack, Kensington Lock slot, SD card reader (SD, SDHC, and SDXC), and a single Thunderbolt 3 USB Type C.
The model starts at $2,249, with specifications such as Core i7, GTX 1050, 1TB SSD, 16GB of RAM and a 4K display. For $1,749 will get it with 512 GB SSD with the Full HD display. For orders placed on January 10, those devices should ship within 16-20 days, according to Windows Central.
