2K Games finally announced the official release date of the "WWE 2K17" Future Stars Pack DLC today. WWE fans and gamers can now purchase or download the expansion pack next week for Season Pass holders.

In the official Facebook page of 2K Games, the game developers announced the release date of the game's DLC. The announcement reads "Get the WWE 2K17 Future Stars Pack on January 17 to score a perfect 10 with Tye Dillinger!" as Just Push Start reports.

The Future Stars Pack DLC costs $8.99 and gamers can purchase the expansion pack for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360. Meanwhile, others may download the DLC, if a player owns a Season Pass through their gaming consoles.

Mobile & Apps reports that that the Future Stars Pack will come with new characters that include Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Austin Aries, Mojo Rawley, and Tye Dillinger with each character offering new taunts and moves.

While the mentioned superstars are a great addition to the WWE roster, it seems that "WWE 2K17" gamers are more interested on wrestler's moves and taunts.

Further, reports also indicate that the other forthcoming edition to the "WWE 2K17" DLC is the Hall of Fame Showcase. The Hall Of Fame Showcase will offer a min-version of the traditional single player campaign and lets players recreate some of the best matched WWE and WCW has seen through the years.

The Hall of Fame Showcase for the upcoming DLC will feature Cactus Jack, sporting on the wrestler's WCW get-up with Diamond Dallas. Taking them on is The Fabulous Freebirds' Michael P.S. Hayes and Jimmy Garvin in a tag team match at WCW Saturday Night in 1992.

And Finally, Sting will be in two different matches featured in "WWE 2K17", sporting on gold and black tights as he battles Ric Flair at the 1988 Clash of Champions. Another is Sting appearing in Crow form in n.W.o. Wolfpack ring gear in a match with Bret Hart at the 1998 Halloween Havoc.
