The Nintendo Switch has been surrounded with a lot of controversy and rumors for past months since its announcement in October Last year. Recently, there has been another notable leak regarding the hybrid gaming console's pre-order price at Walmart.

Gaming bolt reports that a Redditor posted on the online forum stating that retailer Walmart is having pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch for a price of $399. Take note that previous reports online stated that the price for the said console is much lower than the said price, which is $250.

The publication further reports that the Japanese company could reveal different SKUs for the hybrid console with different prices. However, it's still hard to believe that a high pre-order price could be placed for the product, unless it come with several accessories, a large HDD and a game bundle.

Meanwhile, there's still nothing much to be said about the Switch as Nintendo has been silent about it for months. For awhile now, fans and gamers has little information about the said gaming console and Nintendo stated that it will be a hybrid of all gaming platforms.

What all know about it so far is that it uses cartridges and not discs as cartridges are a staple item for the Japanese company over the years. The Switch's controllers are called Joy-Cons that players can take off from the tablet and multiple players can join in as longer as the Joy-Con is connected to the Switch.

Other than that, Mobile&Apps reports that Switch will run on NVIDIA technology and the gaming console will feature 1 teraflop of performance. Thus, making it a less powerful gaming console than other brands in the market such as PS4 and Xbox One. In addition to that, the Nintendo Switch will be using the NVIDIA Maxwell graphics card, as per reports
