'League of Legends' 7.1 Patch News: Latest Bugs Fixes, League Client Updates & More
Keisuke AkioRiot has released the "League of Legends" patch 7.1. Aside from the latest champion changes, jungle changes, and updated features, the latest patch brings many bugs fixes and League client update.
Bug Fixes
"League of Legends" patch 7.1 fixed several cases where abilities that create objects caused casters to no longer be considered isolated for the purposes of Kha'Zix's Passive - Unseen Threat. It also fixed a bug causing LeBlanc's W - Distortion cooldown to reset when she cast it. This now allows it to go on cooldown without re-casting, then copied with R - Mimic. Moreover, it fixed a bug causing Bard's Q - Cosmic Binding stun to last slightly longer than planned.
In addition, the "League of Legends" patch 7.1 addressed a bug where, shortly after hitting a target with Darius's E - Apprehend, Darius automatically tries to attack the target, overriding any commands issued after Apprehend was cast. The nearby enemy knockback effect of Fizz's R - Chum the Waters no longer knocks back spell shielded targets while still consuming the spell shield was also fixed.
A bug causing enemies brought by Frost Queen's Claim ghosts to also reveal stealth enemy units was fixed. Furthermore, Hecarim's E - Devastating Charge can no longer critically strike structures.
Other bug fixes included in the "League of Legends" patch 7.1 are Koi Nami's chromas, which now properly use her skin-specific water particles during her walk animation. Also, Super Galaxy Shyvana's Dragon Form E - Flame Breath explosion no longer permanently leaves behind subtle flame effects on the map.
In addition, the patch fixed a few cases where the snowflake ground decoration on Snow Day Bard's Q - Cosmic Binding stun appeared in weird places on certain champions. It also addressed an issue where the tails of Fire form Elementalist Lux's dress disappeared during some animations. Star Guardian Lux's wand also no longer gets stuck at the max range of W - Prismatic Barrier.
League Client Update
Major features were also added to the League client updat. Players are now able to add bots to custom games in the updated client and added more settings to the client under Sound, Interface and Game for Moar settings. In addition, the Ascension rotating game mode is now supported in the updated client.
Group Mobile has been added as a toggle option on the social panel, according to PCGamesn. While the toggle is active, Mobile friends will be sorted into their own folder until they log in, at which point they will move back into their original folder. Hide Offline has also been changed to Group Offline. Now, every time the toggle is disabled, offline friends will be listed under their respective folder at all times.
