"Once Upon A Time" has turned out to be a hit since its 2011 pilot episode. The inventive drama has gone through different fairy tales through the years, and it has just added more Disney-centric characters to the mix.

TV Line has confirmed that the famous ABC drama will soon be joined by Tiger Lily, the princess of the Piccaninny tribe of Native Americans who are living on Neverland. It is worth noting that the island of Neverland was first introduced into the "Once Upon A Time" TV franchise in its third season.

In other renditions, in addition to having a massive crush on Peter Pan, Tiger Lily has also been portrayed as the constant recipient of Captain Hook's torments. However, starting with the 17th episode of "Once Upon A Time" Season 6, she will be "a force to be reckoned with." According to the short synopsis, "She is the kind of woman who will risk her life" to save the lives of others and will "do it even quicker if it benefits her."

Although it has already been confirmed that "Once Upon A Time" Season 6 will soon have Tiger Lily, no actress has been tied to the role. That said, the series is reportedly currently seeking for a Native American actress in her late 20s to early 30s for the part.

No other details have been provided regarding whether or not the show will be renewed for another season after the current one. Regardless, Jennifer Morrison revealed that her "contract ends in April."

"They have not picked up the show officially yet," Morrison told Will Malnati of The Drop-In, according to Entertainment Weekly. "They might, they might not. We are just waiting now to see if the network decides to continue with the show."

Morrison also hinted that there is a huge possibility for the network to "rework it to be something else." The actress is not even sure if the network will even "invite people to stay" with the series. "We are just in a holding pattern right now," Morrison added.
