"Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episodes are expected to head to a full storyline wrap up that will reportedly prepare the series for a plot reboot. Reports claimed that the fairy tale inspired TV series will apparently take a new direction if it gets a green light for a Season 7.

Expected to find the closure that will conclude the overall plot of the show, the finale "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episode might also open up an opportunity to reset the storyline. As per a report by Digital Spy, "OUAT" Executive Producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis already suggested for the series to have a plot reset in the next season.

The series is known to reinvent fairy tale stories but a full storyline reset could be considered its biggest reinvention if the suggestion of the executive producers will reach fruition. However, some stars of the show might not reprise their roles if ever "Once Upon a Time" Season 7 gets confirmed.

Apparently, Robert Carlyle who plays as Rumpelstiltskin already expressed that he may no longer take part in a new season due to some family concerns. Actress Jennifer Morrison who portrays the character of Emma Swan can't also commit to joining the "Once Upon a Time" Season 7 cast yet.

Fans should not worry though as there are still several new "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episodes to arrive before the finale. One of which will be a musical episode where Morrison will delight fans with a solo performance according to Entertainment Weekly.
