Nintendo-Themed Air Jordan Is Out And You Know You Want It Bad
Caroline SorianoTechs are not only getting better but sometimes, it has gone crazier. Hearing about "Super Nintendo sneakers", for example, may make most fans go crazy but what about actually seeing this wonderful pair? Apparently, sneaker artists Freaker Sneaks has designed custom-made sneaker and controller available to satisfy such weird imaginations. However, the design is "limited" and by being "limited" means that it will only have 10 pairs for sale.
The Super Nintendo sneakers are wonderfully made and it has actual controllers that no gamers can resist. For sure, everyone -- even those who are not sneakers, no Jordan, nor console fans -- would want to have a pair of this wonderful tech. Johnny Barry for Freaker Sneakers is a UK artist and a brilliant mind behind the classic Air Jordans 4s. It has a color scheme based on the 1990's Super Nintendo. However, it has a little difference compared to the original North American purple as it uses Japanese/European Super Famicom. The Super Nintendo sneaker cannot get any more retro as it showcases 1989's Air Jordans 4s and the 90's hit Super Nintendo. Compared with the other extravagant Nintendo items, the retro sneakers looks less color-popping with its mostly-gray covered exterior, however, it is more wearable than those. (via DigitalSpy)
But then again, despite sounding and looking cool, there will be 10 pairs meaning, there will only be 10 lucky people who can bring home, wear and use the Air Jordans Super Nintendo mash-up sneakers, so gamers and fans need to be quick. For now, Nintendo is preparing for the release of its upcoming console, the Nintendo Switch. The company gears up by telling fans that they are set to reveal additional details and features on the upcoming week.
