iPhone 8 Concept Brought to Life With Ceramic Body, Home Button With Touch ID & More [VIDEO]
Cores Grace MalaayThere have been early speculations even until now on how or what Apple's iPhone 8 could look like, which only means that people are increasingly getting thrilled with the upcoming device. Some analysts like Ming-Chi Kuo has also suggested that the tech giant is moving on from the aluminum body that it has been using in its iPhone models since 2012 and is expected to re-adopt the glass-backed body that is used on iPhone 4s.
Concepts iPhone is one of the many speculators on what Apple can bring to the table with the upcoming iPhone model this year and created a video animation bringing the device to life, according to Redmond Pie. Although no one knows yet if Apple will follow the conventional naming of its iPhone models, people are expecting it to be named as iPhone 8.
With the latest iPhone 8 concept, it suggests that the device will be marketed and sold as the ‘10th Anniversary iPhone' in reference to the fact that the iPhone was originally brought to the market ten years ago (2007) by the late Apple founder Steve Jobs. This iPhone 8 mockup, which was created and published by Concepts iPhone team is suggested to use ceramic in manufacturing the chassis and the video shows that the device is built with a 5.8-inch curved OLED display, which extends edge-to-edge.
The screen certainly looks gorgeous, which is embedded in the zircon ceramic outer shell, which the team believes that using ceramic for the body would be durable and lightweight allowing the electronic waves transfer between devices with no outside interference. The ceramic material is also heat-resistant that will ease any discomforts during intense CPU runs.
Additionally, the team also introduced a Home Button with integrated Touch ID on the iPhone 8 concept and a Smart Connector integration from iPad Pro that will allow wireless charging. According to MacRumors, there have been suggestions that the device will have three versions such as the premium OLED model as well as two standard devices with sizes 4.7, 5 and 5.5 inches.
Until then, these remain concepts and speculations. Stay tuned for more details on iPhone 8 soon. Check out the video below.
