"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" Deleted Scene Shows Arm-Ripping Chewbacca!
RommelThe launch of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" indeed included several deleted scenes alongside extras, in its first launch. However, it seems like there are even more in the DVD set which was released just last month. One of the scenes included here was Chewbacca dealing rough justice to Unkar Plutt, a villain. A short version of the scene was rolled out last October but the full version is here! Watch it below:
Simon Pegg plays Plutt. Pegg is actually "Star Trek" and "Mission: Impossible" series star and the junk dealer who lead Rey, which was played by Daisy Ridley with unfathomable troubles going to the planet Jakku. In the film's final cut, he has never seen again once Rey and John Boyega's character Finn left the planet. However, as the scene unfolded, one final unpleasant encounter was revealed!
Both the actors playing Rey and Finn - Boyega and Ridley will be back for the forthcoming "Star Wars Episode VIII" which will be hitting the silver screens this coming December. The runner of the film revealed just recently that he now knows the full title of the movie. In fact, he also revealed that the concept was there for more than two years. He teased: "It was in the very first draft which I wrote. When will we find out about it? All in due time."
Interestingly, the director also revealed that the movie will open right away after "The Force Awakens" and that the two major characters' bond will be a vital component of the next film. Add to that, Kylo Ren actor Adam Driver also provided some insights on the development of his character and his evolution for Episode VIII. The said movie, "Star Wars Episode VIII", is set to be released December 15 this year.
