It is a bit frustrating for "Gears of War 4" gamers last week when the game's server went down. This cause millions of online gamers to send emails to Microsoft and finally, the company did answer. Microsoft replied with good news along with a several bonuses, making gamers happy in the process.

In a report by Gamespot, Microsoft responded via the company's official Facebook page, stating that it is currently working on said issues. The Facebook response also stated that Microsoft is extending some services and more to make up for the downtime. In addition, a Double XP is coming up over the weekend.

The Double XP will start this Friday, January 20 until January 23 in a Sunday. Season Pass holders will also have access to the Developer Playlist in Multiplayer for a couple of days. Last week, Season Pass holders gained access to two new maps: Blood Drive and Clocktower.

And as for Credit and Progressions rewards, players will need to check on the game throughout the week for information regarding that fix. Microsoft didn't provide any information or date for when that would be happening.

Game Rant reports that Microsoft has been responsible for their actions and reward every "Gears of War 4" players a chance to regain and retake XP over the loss time. And the company also brought new reward system during the server issue fix.
