'The Town Of Light' To Be Released For Ps4 And Xbox One On Q2 2017

Video game publisher Wired Productions is set to launch untangle"The Town of Light" video game in both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One video game platforms on the second quarter of 2017. According to the game publisher, the game version that will be launched for Ps4 and Xbox One will be an enhanced version of the original "The Town of Light".

The new Ps4 and Xbox One game were first launched for PC just last year. As reported by Gamespot, the new Xbox One and Ps4 game have been inspired by events that actually took place in real life.

The game takes place in Tuscany, Italy at the Voltera Psychiatric Asylum. The Asylum is actually a real facility that has been in operation for a hundred years up until it was closed in 1978. The Asylum is said to have been closed down particularly because of allegations of abuses and cruelty.

"The Town of Light" gameplay follows Renee, a patient of the Asylum. The game starts with the Asylum already in ruins.Player's will have to explore whatever remains of the Asylum to find clues and solve puzzles to help untangle the mystery behind Renee's life.

According to the report, the new video game is not for minors. The psychological horror game is said to contain themes and elements that may not be suitable for younger video game players.

The Ps4 "The Town of Light" version is said to have been improved to create a more immersive gaming experience. The enhancements specifically created for the Ps4 version of the video game includes better visual effects and additional gameplay elements.

Also, the voiceover dialogue in the video was reworked and more interactive elements were added to the game. New story elements are also added for players to actually experience what the residents of the Asylum have felt during their grueling stay there.
