There was quite a humdrum amongst fans and gamers about the free games for the Sony and Xbox users. Every month these competitors offer their loyal users access to free games based on their superior subscriptions. Free Games for Xbox Gold

We believe that Tom Clancy's "Splinter Cell: Blacklist" makes for a great offering in the gold program. There is another "Tom Clancy" game releasing soon- which makes this giveaway by Microsoft a logical choice. Gamers would love a free game and naturally buy the second one after getting hooked on the series.

"Sniper Elite 3" would also be a great addition to the Xbox Live Gold free February 2017 games list. The logic is similar to the "Splinter Cell" game- there is the "Sniper Elite 4" that is coming everyone's way soon.

"Battlefield: Bad Company" also seems like a part of good guess framework for Xbox Gold subscription. It would be a great opportunity to get players love the game. "Bad Company 2" was released recently into the Backwards Compatibility model but the first one was not released. The release of the prequel would give more audience to the game and even the sequel.

Free Games for PlayStation Plus

"Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number" can probably make the list this time in PlayStation Plus free games series. If the fans are wondering why, it is because the developer of the game, Devolver Digital, has previously also put their games in the PlayStation Plus free program.

Apart from this, the anticipated game "Unravel" was highly celebrated in the previous year 2016. It may not have been very well received but it still made for a great game with beautiful graphics. It was also one of the least played games of 2016. It would make sense to make it a part of the free games list for PlayStation Plus.

Apart from this, "Salt and Sanctuary" may also be a part of the PlayStation Plus subscription. Three of the 5 previous games have already become a part of the PlayStation Plus.
