"Battlefield 1" latest DLC pack will be released next week and DICE and Electronic Arts has officially revealed a short teaser video on what to expect on "They Shall Not Pass."

Two weeks ago, "Battlefield 1" developers DICE and publisher Electronic Arts gave the fans some information on the new Custom Game mode they are working on. At that time, they were teasing on a February release for the first-person shooter, "Bleed Out." While fans really liked the said pack, however, the entire community is expecting a bit better and looking forward to a better idea on what the game's first piece of paid post-launch, "They Shall Not Pass" can offer.

Due to this, the developers took to their Twitter accounts the release of the teasers of the much-awaited pack. According to reports, the said DLC pack for "Battlefield 1" will come next week. Check out the short 15-second clip of the game where a club-wielding soldier turns to face blazing fires while standing prepared in front of a French flag.

For those who are unfamiliar with "Battlefield 1", this DLC pack's setting is at the Battle of Verdun in France. In the said game, the French army is introduced with roughly 1 million shells fired in just the first battles, resulting to devastating forest fires. As this happens, a version of the Samogneux village becomes the main core of the maps while another will showcase the conflicts which revolve around Fort Vaux.

Moreover, "They Shall Not Pass" also brings in a third map which will be the battlefield setting that will tear that artillery shells apart. DICE stated that around 40 million shells were fired in the entire Battle of Verdun, the reason why the environment got depleted and destructed morphing to earth shattering landscape. A map that focuses on "underground fortresses" is also available, however, developers have not confirmed this yet.

New maps, new weapons and dog tags are to be expected in the latest released. No official release date yet was set for the new DLC pack, but next week, the first reveal will probably give fans the schedule of release and possible new gameplay footage. "Battlefield 1" is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
