Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Comes With Massive RAM, 12 MP Camera And Faster Processor [VIDEO]
Pia MerciSamsung is apparently ready to finally announce its long-awaited Galaxy Tab S3 as it has acquired both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth certifications. It is said that the 2017 tablet has now visited GFXBench revealing key specs.
As per iTech Post, the Galaxy Tab S3 was believed to be released way back in September at a specific event but nothing has showed up ever since. Apparently, a lot of specifications have been allegedly discovered by Weibo according to reports. With this, it seems that the Galaxy Tab S3 has a different performance because it will reportedly feature a far more powerful SoC compared with Samsung's own Exynos 7420.
The iPad Pro 2 rival will be launched alongside Samsung's own Exynos 7420 processor, which is backed up by a 4GB RAM. However, there has been a conflicting report from GFXBench, claiming that the Galaxy Tab S3 will be apparently powered by a Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor together with a 4GB RAM.
As for the tablet's optics, it is also expected that this tablet will be having a 12-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, flash and HDR capabilities while having a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie shooter. It is still uncertain which processor will be definitely used.
Note that Samsung did use it
s own processor for the Galaxy Tab S2 and reportedly with one of their latest, the Exynos 7420. Samsung is currently updating its latest phones to the new software. So, it wouldn't be a major surprise if its next-generation handsets will have Android 7.0 Nougat pre-installed as its operating system. However, it is suggested that waiting for the official revelation would make everything else clear.
Indeed, a larger battery capacity would be possible as the tablet's screen gets larger. According to a report, Samsung might possibly limit its Galaxy Tab S3 family to a single screen model as well as integrating LTE connectivity in a totally different model. It is expected that Galaxy Tab S3 to have a starting price of $399 or it might be much expensive as the storage versions gets bigger.
