'WWE 2K17' Update: Hall of Fame Showcase Pack Screenshot, New Trailer Released; Latest Patch Hints Final DLC Out Shortly

The Hall of Fame Showcase pack is set to arrive on "WWE 2K17". It could happen sooner than expected as 2K Games has now rolled out patch 1.06 recently. This latest update comes with a support for the game's final DLC. But other than that, the game developer has recently unveiled the first teaser image included in the trailer for the title's PC release.

Via the game's official Twitter account, 2K games offers a sneak peek at what's coming to WWE 2K17 in its final expansion. So far, 2K has not yet confirmed the release date of Hall of Fame Showcase DLC for "WWE 2K17".

 However, it already released the details on what the Wrestling sim game's next set of exciting downloadables for both Xbox One and PS4 versions. Priced at a $9.99 a piece, the "WWE 2K17" final DLC will allow players to reimagine some of the biggest historical showdowns World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

The epic featured battles are that of Cactus Jack and Diamond Dallas Page vs. The Fabulous Freebirds (Jimmy Garvin and Michael "P.S." Hayes) at WCW Saturday Night 1992. Another iconic rumble is The Fabulous Freebirds match, where Hayes teamed up with Buddy Roberts to pit against Kerry and Kevin Von Erich at the WCCW 1986. The final pack will also see the

Other bloody matches include Ivory and Jacqueline's encounter at SmackDown 2000. Papa Shango battled versus The Godfather for Dream Match and Big Boss Man alongside Albert fighting the Big Show at Armageddon 1999.

Moreover, the last two matches included in "WWE 2K17" DLC is that of Sting. First, he wears his gold and black tights in his battle with Ric Flair at the Clash of Champions 1988. The other is he sports n.W.o. Wolfpac ring gear in his fight with Bret Hart at WCW Halloween Havoc 1998.

The patch 1.06 also arrived with tons of bug fixes to address some issues found in the base game and brought in by other expansions for the game. Players can now see a lot natural looking graphics and better synchronization plus other tweaks. 

"WWE 2K17" is now available on Windows PC. Watch the official trailer below, which also teased the Hall of Fame Showcase content coming to this year's iteration of the WWE 2K game series.
