After teasing the next DLC character for "Street Fighter 5" via a tweet earlier this week, Capcom has finally ended the suspense. Meet Kolin (pronounced "Colleen"), who was first spotted in "Street Fighter 3," but was not a playable character at the time.

Kolin is master of the Russian martial art of Systema, which involves using the adversaries' own strength against them and pulling off a slew of slash-like strikes and knife hand attacks, according to a blog post on Capcom's official blog. Taking the fact that she has served "Street Fighter 3" villain, Gill into consideration, it is hardly surprising that Kolin can intensify her attacks with ice. Let's delve into a detailed list of Kolin's abilities:

V-Skill: Inside Slash
Kolin's unconventional counterwork lets her redirect and crack down on approaching moves without breaking much of a sweat.

V-Trigger: Diamond Dust
With a full V-meter, Kolin has the ability to slam the ground a couple of times with her foot -- each time shooting off a path of razor-sharp icicles across the floor. Aside from inflicting a considerable amount of damage and stun, this move also freezes the enemies' stun gauge. The stun gauge will not drain in this special state and if Kolin successfully stuns her opponent, they will end up frozen in place, Polygon reported.

Dashing forward with a slice of her hand, Kolin invokes massive icicles from the ground, tossing the opponent into the air and then breaking the ice into small pieces to drop them to the ground.

Kolin will be up for grabs as part of "Street Fighter 5's" Season 2 Character Pass, which comes bearing a $29.99 price tag. Akuma was the first character to be released in December via that pass. The Season 2 Character Pass will also feature four additional fighters along with extra character colors and exceptional battle costumes. The recently divulged character will be downloadable on Feb. 28.
