A Few Things That Apple Can Make For Better Music; Improve iTunes, AirPlay And Better Speakers!
Cris Xander JulianoSince the days of Steve Jobs, music has always been Apple's direction with the introduction of the iTunes and the iPod. Now that Tim Cook has taken over the reign of the company, there are a few things that may improve the company's way of delivering music to its users, according to Mac World.
Improve iTunes
Apple hasn't made considerable changes to its desktop software. Perhaps because fewer people play music to iTunes on their Macs and prefer to listen to music on their iPhones instead and maybe connected to Bluetooth speakers. Also, having no serious competition gives little to no incentive on improving the software.
However, this doesn't necessarily mean there's no room for improvement. Apple could make an effort in creating an app for both Mac and iPhone devices with similar user interface and features which don't have confusing capabilities and frustrating integration with Apple Music.
Improve AirPlay
AirPlay has lost some of its standings in recent years due to its competition such as Google Cast and Sono's wireless music system. Apple may need to focus on AirPlay's reliability as some prefer using Bluetooth speakers rather than AirPlay's speakers.
Create a speaker
Apple initially created speakers for its Mac and even occasionally teamed up with Harman Kardon. However, the company has stuck with iPod earbuds, AirPods and headphones. The company may want to focus more on creating wireless speakers that most importantly, work with Apple Music out of the box.
Apple is doing fine when it comes to bringing a good music experience to its followers, but it can certainly improve more for a company that initially focused on bringing the best music experience rather than just "good."
