Avid gamers of "Pokemon Sun and Moon" will likely get the Fire-type dragon Charizard in the game's next special distribution event. That is, if the latest leaks courtesy of Japanese magazine CoroCoro is to be believed.  

Next Distribution Event Leaked  

Pokemon company Game Freak must also be cooking a special distribution event for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" as "Pokemon Go" is currently having its very own Valentine's Day Event. The ever reliable source of leaks on Pokemon games confirms that dragon Charizard will be the next monster for grabs in Nintendo title's next digital distribution.

Based on the leaked image, gamers will obtain an access to a special serial code in order to unlock Charizard. Mic reported that this said code will be out in upcoming edition of CoroCoro magazine that will hit the stand estimately on March 15. 

At the time of this writing ,neither Nintendo nor Game Freak has confirmed this leak coming from CoroCoro. So, these details are to be taken with a grain of salt until official information emerges online.

It remains uncertain if the fire-type dragon will have Z-Crystal and special move as of yet. But gamers are guessing that Charizard could likely transform into its Mega Evolution form with its own mega stone.

Alternative Ways To Acquire Charizard

Meanwhile, gamers can also own the Fire-type dragon Charizard even if they won't have access to the next distribution event for "Pokemon Sun and Moon". One way is to make a transfer of this Pokemon from Pokemon Red, Blue or Yellow's virtual console edition.

The other way is through the game's trade system. Here, players can possibly acquire the particular Pokemon by using the Global Trading Station (GTS) or Wonder Trade.   

In earlier news, Eurogamer reported that subscribers of the game's Pokebank update received Mewnium Z from Nintendo. But unfortunately, Nintendo has not yet made this Pokemon available to non-subscribers.

For the time being, game aficionados can watch out for official announcement with regard to the leaked special distribution event for "Pokemon Sun and Moon" happening soon. Otherwise, fans also opt to engage in trading or raising Charizard's pre-evolution Charmander to own Charizard.
