"Madam Secretary" season 3 is in danger of getting cancelled as CBS Television Network doesn't have any confirmation yet whether or not it will pick the show. Although there has been an official plot description as well as a promo clip for episode 14 (Labor of Love) that was released earlier this month, it still appears that it's not airing just yet.

Reports say that "Madam Secretary" season 3's next episode is still off the air at least until March 5 to keep its ratings from declining and give way instead to other CBS shows such as Grammys, Super Bowl and the Oscars. Howbeit, there have been speculations that the American political drama series has a chance of not being renewed for season 4 although CBS has yet to announce or confirm this.

Since there will be a late return date for "Madam Secretary" season 3, fans are hoping that there are no cancellation plans for the series and that they would still see Dr. Elizabeth McCord. Additionally, everyone has high hopes that there won't be any kind of drama in the future about President Dalton's legitimacy in office and that everyone can look forward for more traditional storytelling.

That being said, fans can expect another storytelling that revolves around McCord in "Madam Secretary" dragging the line while figuring out some complex issues that have more importance in the world. She certainly has a difficult job but seeing her fighting to balance everything would be an interesting story and an inspiring one for those who regularly watch the series.

"Madam Secretary" season 3 episode 14 (Labor of Love) will be aired on March 5 at 9 PM EST. On the Futon Critic website, the list still shows To Be Announced from March 12 - May 21 and this is a huge thrill for everyone whether or not CBS picks the series again.
