"General Hospital" weekly spoilers from She Knows Soaps reveal that Nelle will continue to miss out on opportunities to tell Carly about her one night stand with Sonny. According to the publication, Michael will be taking Nelle to the cabin and as a result, Nelle will lose the chance to talk to Carly.

However, it looks like Nelle has some other plans up her sleeve when it comes to confessing her affair with Sonny. Celeb Dirty Laundry notes that a "General Hospital" promo shows Nelle creating a copy of Sonny's confession about their one night stand.

GH spoilers tease that this copy will reach the hands of Carly, which will leave her in tears. Many fans believe that this might spell the end of Carly and Sonny's relationship for good.

Meanwhile, other "General Hospital" spoilers from the aforementioned publication tease that Sam will be in danger. The new mob boss, Liv, will discover that Julian is not keeping his part of the deal.

As a result, Liv will decide to go after Julian's close friends and loved ones, which will put Sam in danger. "General Hospital" spoilers also reveal that Sam is under Liv's fire given that the former is convinced that Ava is innocent and will try to help Ava prove her innocence.
