"General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Franco may be the one to rescue Sam from Liv, as the latter is keen on getting revenge on her brother, Julian. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, since Liv returned to Port Charles as the new mob boss, she has been devising several plans to get back at Julian.

Julian has successfully survived some of Liv's attempts to kill him in the previous episodes of "General Hospital." This, however, has prompted Liv to go after his loved ones, including Ava, Jason and Sam.

GH spoilers tease that Julian will be busy helping Ava prove her innocence, which will give Liv plenty of time to kidnap Sam. Jason will of course try to rescue Sam and their baby, Princess Scout, but the publication notes that Franco may be Sam's unexpected knight in shining armor.

While Franco and Sam are not on friendly terms, "General Hospital" spoilers hint that this may help smooth things out between them. Meanwhile, other spoilers for the rest of the week from She Knows Soaps tease that Nina will start to become suspicious of what is happening around her.

Liz, on the other hand, will ask Sam to support and help her. GH spoilers note that Julian will once again go and get a deal with someone, which may put him in even more danger.

"General Hospital" airs Monday to Friday on ABC.
