"General Hospital" weekly spoilers reveal that Nelle will be receiving a threat from Sonny, reports Soap Central. As most fans can recall, Sonny and Carly were getting closer together, but Nelle came into the picture and told her to pick up Josslyn Jacks.

Many fans remain intrigued by Nelle's intentions and what tricks she has up her sleeve. GH spoilers note on the possibility that she is Carly's daughter, which may leave Michael heartbroken once he discovers the truth about her.

GH spoilers also tease that Jordan and Curtis will be reminiscing their good times together while Liz will be stumbling upon a shocking discovery. Other spoilers from the publication tease that Jason will be sick while his wife, Sam, will chance upon a significant piece of information.

This information, however, may soon place Sam into a dangerous situation. According to "General Hospital" spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry, Sam will get kidnapped and this may put her and their baby in some serious danger.

"General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Sam will be delivering a healthy baby, but her life will be hanging on the line. Jason will be going through such a tough time trying to be there for Sam and at the same time, adjusting to his new life as a father.
