On the upcoming "Supergirl" season 2 episode 14 "Homecoming" we are going to witness the return of Kara's (Melissa Benoist) foster father Jeremiah Danvers (guest star Dean Cain). As seen in the previous episodes of the season 2 of "Supergirl" we came to know that Jeremiah was alive and held at Project Cadmus. But, now that he is back from the organization, fans are keen to know how he turned up now all of a sudden.

In "Supergirl" series we saw how deep the history between Jeremiah and his foster daughters, Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Kara, has been. So, they are not in the mood to learn about what he had been up to so soon. But, the same cannot be said about other characters in "Supergirl" season 2 episode 14 "Homecoming."

The upcoming episode will unveil that Jeremiah Danvers is rescued from Cadmus and is back with his daughters once again. By the looks of it, Kara and Alex are thrilled to have him back to the point that they do not even want to learn how he made it back. All members of the family celebrate the occasion with a friendly dinner, but things do not turn up the way they were planned to be due to a skeptical Mon-El (Chris Wood). Mon wants to know how Jeremiah ended up there all of a sudden.

What "Supergirl" season 2 episode 14 "Homecoming" is going to reveal is whether Jeremiah is in some kind of influence from Cadmus or not. Fans know what that evil organization is capable of and using someone close to Kara to hurt her is the best possible weapon they can come up with. Kara tries finding positive in everyone from time to time which is a weakness she possesses. But, thanks to her suspicious and loyal friends, she should find a way to get out of this situation.

Catch "Supergirl" season 2 episode 14 "Homecoming" on the CW on February 27, 2017.
