Supergirl Season 2 has long awaited the comeback of Alex' daddy following the revelation that he is alive and captured by Cadmus. The storyline of this season didn't dwell too much on how the sisters plan to save their father. Fortunately, Daddy Danvers still made his way out of Cadmus through an alleged rescue and has now come back to be with his family.

However, while everyone is rejoicing about Jeremiah's rescue, Supergirl spoilers claimed that a suspicious Mon-El is going to question the latter about his sudden return. How would this affect Kara and Alex? In the promo revealed for the upcoming episode, the sisters are seen in another heated argument and it seems that it's related to their father's case.

Apparently, trust is the focus of Supergirl Season 2 Episode 14 according to Screen Rant. Winn (Jeremy Jordan) is expected to learn something that might prove Jeremiah is working for Cadmus, which Kara will purportedly believe. Is Daddy Danvers really working for Cadmus or is he blackmailed to?
