The Nokia Lumia 920 is one tough cookie that is able to take some serious beating before shutting down the lights for good. Quite a few videos out there shows the device being placed under the torture test, and most times the Lumia 920 stood strong, before eventually giving in.

This newest video showcasing the strength of the Lumia 920 is not for the faint hearted. It could be very painful for those who loves their Windows Phone 8-powered Lumia 920. The device literally went under the hammer, and in the end it was completely broken to the point of no return.

When it comes down to a Nokia phone, users from all walks of life speak highly of how strong the devices are. Some even say a Nokia phone killed the dinosaurs! Well, it could have been true, after all, anything is possible with a Nokia device, especially when it is well designed to stand the test of time.

Check out the video below showing the Lumia 920 getting battered to death. Viewer discretion is advised.

After analyzing the video, it is clear that the Lumia 920 is a sturdy smartphone. Not many handsets are capable of taking two hits from a hammer and come away with just a badly broken screen, and astoundingly still working!

The person who did the torturing claims he did similar tests with the iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3 and those devices didn't survive the first hit.

Furthermore, there is one thing that is quite bothersome, the reviewer doesn't seem to know how to use a hammer with a single hand. He was being quite a dainty fellow, but at least he got the job done!
