HTC's upcoming smartphone, the HTC One Mini, was accidently confirmed by the company on its website some days ago and now its turn to discuss about the device's U.S. carrier.
The HTC One Mini looking to head to T-Mobile's network after its official launch and the smaller sibling of the HTC One, according to rumors, will be exclusive to the carrier in the U.S.
According to a renowned leakster, LlabTooFer, the HTC One Mini will be head to T-Mobile 'for sure.' Replying to a question on his Twitter account, LlabTooFer said, "I am not sure that Verizon will launch One Mini in near future... T-Mobile USA will have it for sure."
LlabTooFer is an HTC developer and has a Twitter account under the same name. The developer has provided many crucial pieces of information related to upcoming HTC devices and has always been very accurate with them.
There is no information as to when the HTC One Mini will be available on T-Mobile's online and retail stores, but earlier reports suggest that the HTC One Mini will reach the market somewhere in the month of August.
A report from Bloomberg suggested that the HTC One Mini will go on sale by August and the tip was provided by two 'people' working closely with HTC One Mini project.
The device has already been spotted in many leaked photos. The smartphone is going to come with a BoomSound front speaker and will sport a 4.3 inch 720 pixel display. The processor of the HTC One Mini will be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 400 clocked at 1.4 GHz, and the handset will be supported by 2 GB of RAM. All these hardware will come packed into an aluminum unibody casing.
Apart from the front speakers, HTC One Mini is expected to have a front-facing camera. The handset will be devoid of physical buttons, and the back of the phone will have HTC branding with Beat audio moniker.
The HTC One Mini will run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean layered with HTC's own Sense 5.0 user interface out of the box.
