MacBook Pro 2016 Might Feature Skylake CPU And New Mac OS; To Be Unveiled At WWDC in June?
Dheeraj RThe upcoming device in Apple's notebook computer series, MacBook Pro, is expected to consist of a two news specs i.e. Skylake central processing unit with a new Mac operating system. The rumors suggest that the new chip processors will help to improve the performance of the device in terms of speed.
Parent Herald reported that Apple's move to include Skylake processors instead of the Broadwell and Haswell chips will help to generate more performance-based devices. Also, the new operating system is expected to be unveiled at the company's conference event this year.
There are reports that the new MacBook Pro 2016 will be launched in two variations i.e. 13-inch and 15-inch screens with slightly different specs. It is reported that the notebook models with higher configurations will cost slightly more.
Further, Breathe Cast reported that the notebook is expected to feature a 1.1 GHz dual-core Intel Core m3 processor with 8GB memory of RAM. Also, the device will consist of 256GB of flash storage. It will also feature a 12-inch Retina display with 2304 x 1440 resolutions and 16 x 10 aspect ratios.
According to the Apple's World Marketing Senior Vice president, Philip Schiller, the upcoming device will appeal to a number of masses with its latest processors, fast flash storage, improved graphics, longer battery life, and a beautiful rose gold finish, reported Game N Guide. Philip also commented that the MacBook Pro 2016 would be the company's thinnest and lightest notebook till date.
With all the rumors trending all over the internet regarding the specs of the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 device, few reports hints at the probable release date. It is speculated that there are high chances that the new notebook will be unveiled at Apple's yearly WWDC event, expected to take place from June 13 to June 17 in San Francisco in the United States.
Apart from the rumors regarding the specs and release date of the device, Vine Report has hinted at the possibility that the MacBook Pro 2016 will probably replace the MacBook Air series.
The MacBook Pro 2016 is expected to be priced at a starting price of $1300 varying for the different versions and will only be available in rose gold color.
