"Star Wars: Battlefront" created effective fan service moments, including areas, characters, and events from the three main movies. The game will showcase one final DLC on the upcoming movie "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."

Fans were dissapointed before when they learned that only the original trilogy will be involved. This also included the "Battle of Jakku" DLC, which was the closest thing to having an actual reference to "The Force Awakens."

However, as it turned out, fans will stll get a piece of the newer movies afterall. As The Verse reported, the official announcement was made at a Star Wars Celebration expo held at London. Niklas Fegraus, design director, shared the good news at a gaming panel.

The DLC's offcial name will be called "Rogue One: Scarif." This will be "Star Wars: Battlefront's" fourth and final expansion. This will follow the earlier announced DLC "Death Star DLC"

Players will be brought to the tropical planet of Scarif. On top of this, players also get to meet characters like Jyn Erso and Director Orson Krennic, who are played by Felicity Jones and Ben Mendelsohn respectively.

On the same report, it also shows that "Dead Space" developer Visceral Game will be revealing another Star Wars game in 2018. Amy Hennig, director for the "Uncharted" games, discussed some bits of information regarding the development of the game.

Hennig stated in the panel that the creative process was about the same as with her works with "Uncharted." This involved picking up the building blocks from the original "Star Wars" film.

"The end goal with a game like that is by the time the player has finished playing the game, they feel like they really played a 'Star Wars' film," she said.

To catch a glimpse of what the game will look and feel like, check this image out. The image strongly suggests that it could be an action-oriented game, but we'll learn more as we get updates from Visceral in the following months or year.
