‘Vikings’ Season 4 Part 2: Ivar’s Transformation To Spark Blood Bath Among Ragnar’s Brothers? Lagertha Reigns in Season 5
The upcoming "Vikings" Season 4 Part 2 will see the grown-up sons of Ragnar, including Ivar "The Boneless" in the process of becoming a great leader. Meanwhile, Lagertha is said to rise in power in Season 5.
Ragnar Lothbrok will return home in the next half of "Vikings" Season 4. As seen in the released teasers, the king appears to have aged drastically as he talks to his son Ivar. Ragnar tries to reconnect to him and encourages his favourite son to aim for something big. "Use your anger intelligently and I promise my son that one day the world will know and be around afraid to Ivar, the Boneless," Ragnar said in the trailer.
According to CarterMatt, the time jump in "Vikings" Season 4 will focus on the transformation of Ivar. This time, James Quinn Markey's character is at one of the most ruthless points of his life. The publication notes that his evolution was brought by Ragnar's departure during the first half of the season.

The upcoming episode 11 will also see the return of the confused Rollo who is having some personal struggles. He says in the trailer that he cannot deny that part of him is still a Viking. Apparently, his jealousy toward his brother affects his decision. And many reports speculate that Rollo will try to reconnect with his brother King Ragnar in the next half of "Vikings" Season 4.
iTechPost also believes that Rollo will appear to congratulate the new King and will join forces with Bjorn and Hvitserk. While this is yet to be confirmed, viewers of "Vikings" knew that the Ragnar's two sons have actually teamed up before.
