Huawei has certain smartphones to suit many tastes. Today, we will compare two of their flagships - the giants P9 Plus and Mate 9.

The Huawei P9 Plus and Mate 9 offer full metal bodies with glass fronts. There's a fingerprint sensor on the back of each, alongside a dual camera setup.

The P9 Plus measures 152.3 x 75.3 x 6.98mm and comes at 162g. The Mate 9 shakes things up with its 156.9 x 78.9 x 7.9mm casing and 190g weight.

The Huawei P9 Plus has a display of 5.5-inches, but it stays with a Full HD resolution for a pixel of 401ppi. Huawei picked a Super AMOLED display for the P9 Plus.

The  Mate 9 goes even greater, with a 5.9-inch display, but again adheres to the Full HD resolution for a pixel thickness of 373ppi.

Talking about the camera, the P9 Plus has dual back cameras containing two 12-megapixel sensors. It additionally accompanies laser AF on the back, a Leica innovation - including standard, striking, and smooth film modes - and in addition to full manual control. Both optics are 27mm f/2.2.

The Mate 9 takes that idea and keeps it almost the same. It has a similar two 27mm focal points and a similar shading and monochrome sensor - just the mono sensor is 20-megapixels this time so it can be utilized for digital zoom and mapping additional subtle elements onto shading images without degradation. Another significant change in the Mate 9 is that both cameras offer optical image stabilization.

The front snappers on the P9 Plus is an 8-megapixel sensor and offers laser focus for selfies as well.

Under the hood, the Huawei P9 Plus accompanies the octa-center 64-bit Kirin 955 chipset. The organization guarantees this processor is 100 percent faster than the P8.

The Mate 9 is more progressed with the most recent Kirin 960 chipset and Mali G71 GPU. This processor is 180 percent faster than the Kirin 950 and three times better than the Mate 8 in the design division.

The P9 Plus comes in one model, which offers 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM. USB Type-C and microSD are both on board once more, and battery capacity at 3,400mAh.

The Mate 9 is just accessible in one model, which offers 64GB internal storage, 4GB RAM, microSD space (or dual SIM), USB Type-C for SuperCharge speeds and a tremendous 4,000mAh battery capacity. The SuperCharge innovation ups the current to 5A which charges the device faster.

Both the P9 Plus and Mate 9 by Huawei stand true to what they speak and do their job sufficiently well as flagship smartphones.
