Co-stars Shailene Woodley and Theo James are reportedly having problems with their relationship, which is now causing speculations whether their "Divergent Series: Ascendant" movie or series will be released. Now, new reports are claiming that the on-screen couple are breaking away from their friendship.

According to reports, the production team has cancelled the movie "Divergent: Ascendant" for the conversion of the movie to a new spinoff TV series. Now, fans are getting frustrated with the ongoing reports that Woodley and James will be giving up their roles, however, seemed like one person is considerably happy with what is reportedly going on.

It was reported before that wedding was cancelled due to Theo's hectic schedule. Insiders have divulged that Ruth Kearney is now a happy fiancée with the breakup of James and Woodley's friendship and cancellation of the movie series.

To recall, "The Divergent Series: Ascendant" made headlines after rumors suggested the fourth title won't make it on the big screen. It is known that the final part of the trilogy has been canceled for theatrical release and will now be made as a television spin-off series instead. 

"I didn't sign up to be in a television show," the actress said during an interview, not approving of the decision. "Out of respect to the studio and everyone in involved, they may have changed their mind and may be doing something different, but I'm not necessarily interested in doing a television show."

Meanwhile, lead actor Theo James was busy for something more important for him. It is known that he was out and preparing for his wedding with fiancée Ruth Kearney. As per one source, Kearney is reportedly excited about their upcoming wedding and is equally ecstatic that her fiancé will not be working with Woodley again. 

With all these speculations going on, Theo James and Ruth Kearny, together with Shailene Woodley, have not yet released any statement regarding the rumors.
