We are approaching the final month of the year, and for Playstation Plus subscribers, that means one thing: a whole new batch of free games! Here are our predictions for Playstation Plus's free games this December.

"Gravity Rush Remastered"

"Gravity Rush Remastered" was released for the Playstation 4 in North America and Europe earlier this year, four years after the game was originally launched for the Playstation Vita. The title's fast paced, action oriented gameplay garnered a lot of positive reviews from critics and players alike.

Our Verdict: "Gravity Rush" is no stranger to the Playstation Plus roster, with the Playstation Vita version having entered the list only five months after its release.

As Playstation Universe pointed out, adding the remastered version of "Gravity Rush" will be great timing, as the sequel "Gravity Rush 2" is coming in 2017.

"Unravel"

Electronic Arts' charming platformer game "Unravel" was first released in February 2016 for the Playstation 4. The game received positive nods for its loveable main character, Yarny, its top-notch visuals and "thoughtful" story.

Our Verdict: "Unravel" will be perfect as a free game this December. Electronic Arts has put forward some of its games in the past, so "Unravel" will be most likely to be included next month.

"Hyper Light Drifter"

Heart Machine's Kickstarter funded game "Hyper Light Drifter" has made waves this year, bringing an excellen indie pixel art game to the Playstation 4 in July with much fanfare.

The game received tons of positive nods from game critics, and has been nominated for "Best Original Game," "Best Indie Game," "Best Audio" and "Best Visual Design" at the recently concluded Golden Joystick Awards.

"Hyper Light Drifter" is also up for multiple awards in the upcoming The Game Awards in December.

Our verdict: Indie games are always welcome in the Playstation Plus roster, although with the kind of attention it is receiving right now, we highly doubt that it will be made free next month.
