Switchy SamThe popular app called "Vine" will stop its processes and maintenance as it will soon get transformed into "Vine Camera." Through this new transformation, the new app will only record 6.5 seconds of video in a continuous loop. Notably, users will be able to post these looping videos only on Twitter. Users have been advised to download their videos before the app stops on January 17, reported Mashable.
Stepping up ahead for the upcoming app

The requirement to download the videos from the previous "Vine" app is a must, especially for those famous people who created lots of inspiration, funny and engaging Vines. This is not a "goodbye" to the old videos made before because the website linked to it will remain as a huge library containing those videos. As the likeness is still present on the new transformation of the app, the only exception is it will be on Twitter. Unlike before, where people can post short clips on the special space for the Vine videos instead, the new app serves nothing but an additional effect for the mobile phone's camera.
Another way of downloading videos from the Vine website is through email. As mentioned on The Verge's report, when a person cannot download his/her video through the Vine app on Android or iOS, he/she can receive the videos through email. Many are saddened by this announcement and nobody knows why the website and app is changed. As a head start in using the new "Vine Camera" app, the company has released a FAQ and information to satiate curiousness.
