'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim' Nintendo Switch is Different from Xbox 360 Version; Looks More Like Skyrim Special Edition

After too many speculations and leaks, Nintendo Switch has finally confirmed that "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" is going to invade the console. Skyrim has gained steady foothold for Nintendo Switch and this was headlined in the Nintendo website.

Gamers love to speculate -- "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" is no excuse to all the buzz surrounding Nintendo Switch's arrival. In fact, there are talks that this particular Skyrim is not going to be the Special Edition that released earlier on the multi-platform. Fans are seeing that the Xbox 360-based version of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" is the logical choice for Nintendo.

Somehow, recent comparisons show that "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" Special Edition is the better candidate for Nintendo Switch. The said comparison was done by porting Skyrim into Nintendo Switch and 2 PC versions, Vanilla and Special, according to GearNuke.

If gamers will check, it seems that Special Edition is going to be optimized for Nintendo Switch. A screenshot comparison from developer Bethesda shows somewhat "new" visuals and graphics. The focus that was given to vegetation and other games environment is unmistakable, as well. Simply put, the original "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" have depth and high contrast while Switch looks picturesque.

Bethesda appears to have toned down "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim," presumably to avoid eating too much resources. What is unclear, though, is how Skyrim will look on a docked Nintendo Switch. Remember that the said dock can arguably make Nintendo Switch run from portable into a console-ish power.

Nintendo Switch is still in its infancy and much is yet to be seen. Although it is apparent that Nintendo is treading on a safe zone with "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim," the tech giant has never been about graphics in the first place anyway. The only thing clear for now is that Skyrim is going to be an added draw for Nintendo Switch when it launches.
