Things Gamers Should Know As ‘Yakuza 0’ Debuts On The PS4 In The US

"Yakuza 0" is a fascinating open-world game develop by Sega that combines drama and comedy which are unique features in today's gaming community. If you're unfamiliar with this game, here are things you should know as the game debuts on the PS4 for the US come January 24 according to Video Games Republic.

"Yakuza" is a long-running crime saga and "Yakuza 0" will be a prequel to the popular series as the game is set in 1988 wherein several illegal organizations are having a dispute over a "vacant lot." It will give players that 1980's feel to how Japan looked like during this time period as locations are filled with neon lights.

Kiryu and Majima are able to switch to different fighting styles during battle. Kiryu can switch to Beast, Rush and Brawler, while Majima has Thug, Breaker style and Slugger.

According to Playstation Lifestyle, "Yakuza 0" debuted a year ago in Japan, however, the developer decided to retain the original voiceover when the game arrives in the US. All chapter titles, opponent names, chapter introductions and on-screen directions will be in English except the voices.

The game is originally released on the PS3 in Japan, but the PS3 version will remain exclusive in Japan as only PS4 owners will be able to play this game in the US. In addition, it will also remain exclusive for the PlayStation platform and will not be ported on the PC.

If you pre-order the "Yakuza 0," you will be upgraded to the Business Edition that comes with the physical copy of the game, a stainless steel business card holder, bilingual cards for Kiryu and Majima and a card exclusively features five game hostesses.
